The best things in life are free... like, say, admission to Oktoberfests?
This Saturday, Oct. 6, head out for the fifth annual Vienna Oktoberfest (131 Church St., Vienna) to experience one of the largest (and, coincidentally, beer-iest) events in Northern Virginia.
From 11 a.m to 7 p.m., this year's fest features live music on two stages, kids' activities, a beer garden and marketplace, plus food vendors such as Maplewood Grill, Sherri's Crab Cakes and Smoke's BBQ.
Kids will find include a bounce house, a rock wall and plenty of sidewalk chalk. Main stage bands will include Kitty and the Fat Cats, Mudlark and Fat Chance.
