Mingle with your kind this weekend at the Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show in Maryland, where you can browse 40+ exhibits, demos and a free kids' "mini mine." Vendors will be offering jewelry, beads, fossils, geodes and more.
It's coming to the Montgomery County Fairgrounds (18 Chestnut St., Gaithersburg, Md.). On Saturday, March 17, the show is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; on Sunday, March 18, it runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
