National Park Service Celebrates Martin Luther King Jr. Day With Free Entry

The National Park Service is celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day by waiving entrance fees Monday.

The "fee-free" day covers entrance fees, commercial tour fees and transportation entrance fees. While no entrances fees will be collected, camping and tour fees may still apply.

  • Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park
  • Fort McHenry NM and Historic Shrine National Monument
