Baltimore’s Inner Harbor will be illuminated as Light City returns for its third year of art, music and innovation. The BGE Light Art Walk will transform the harbor’s brick-lined walkway into an interactive playground. The event will run from April 14 until April 21. Take a look at last year's art installations.
