Homerun for Recovery Fundraiser in Baltimore

Homerun for Recovery celebrates its 20th anniversary with a fundraising bash to benefit homeless veterans.

The festivities get underway on Thursday, April 19 at Nick's Oyster Bar (1065 S. Charles St., Baltimore), with hot and cold buffets, Nick's famous raw bar, and local wines and microbrews.  Festivities run from 6 to 9:30 p.m., with live music from Rockin' Ron, plus live and silent auctions.

Tickets are $65 in advance and $75 at door.

Homerun for Recovery raises funds for the Baltimore Station's therapeutic residential program for men, mostly veterans, who are homeless due to substance abuse. The program helps residents develop necessary skills to fight addiction.
