Haunted Pub Walk

Do you like ghost tours? And beer?

You can have both at the Fells Point Haunted Pub Walk in Baltimore. Buy a drink to calm your nerves as your guide fills you in on the spooky history of the city and of the bars you visit.

"It's a great way to get a unique history of Baltimore," said Baltimore Ghost Tour co-owner Amy Lynwander.

You may even see some of the spirits in person. Ghosts have been sighted at the very bars you will visit, she said. "People catch things on their cameras," said Lynwander. Some guides carry EMF detectors.

One of the participating locations, Dudas Tavern (1600 Thames St., Baltimore, Md.), for example, is home to the spirit of a retired seaman named Doc. "He had a favorite polka on the jukebox," said Lynwander.

The tour beings in front of Max’s Sidebar (731 S. Broadway, Baltimore, Md.) and lasts approximately two hours. Groups are encouraged to purchase their tickets together because they sell out quickly.

The event is only open those age 21 or older.
