Man, those pesky kids just keep on inconveniently growing, huh?
A TotSwap consignment sale is coming to Gaithersburg this Friday March 9 through Sunday, March 11.
J'Aime Kirlew, seen on TLC's "Extreme Couponing" will offer shopping secrets and discount strategies at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The sale, held at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, lets local families buy and sell clothes and gear for babies, kids and teens. Maternity wear is also up for grabs.
At the VIP Consigning section, new this year, would-be sellers can drop off their gently used items and have "veteran consignors" do the pricing, tagging and displaying. Pre-registration ($12) is required.
Admission is free and open to the public. Sale hours are Friday 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. You can also volunteer to help out, which will score you the chance to shop first, during a special presale on Thursday.
Can't make it that weekend? Two other sets of dates are coming up: March 28-April 1 at the Frederick Fairgrounds, and April 11-15 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Md.
