Black Friday Was Made for Partying

Black Friday is traditionally reserved for the early morning shoppers (and MMA fighters) among us, but now you can kick all that 4 a.m. shopping junk to the curb and sleep until the Black Friday Party.

The bash kicks off Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. at Howl at the Moon (22 Market Place, Baltimore), the self-proclaimed "world's greatest rock'n'roll dueling piano bar." The bar is offering Baltimore residents (and B-more travelers) a unique excuse to drown post-holiday party blues in yet another party.

The thrill of bargain shopping will be just as strong with drink specials, including $3 Bud Lights, $5 Skyy & American Honey shots and $15 Awesome Sauce Buckets. For the uninitiated, that is 86 liquid ounces of assorted fruity-mystery booze. (Plus, this is the only time we will condone drinking mystery juice from a bucket. OK, it's decidedly less mysterious if you read their descriptions, but mystery just sounds cooler.)

Those dueling pianos we mentioned earlier will be jamming out to the tune of classic holiday jingles to officially ring in the holidays and create a relaxing recovery zone for the regretful Thanksgivinger. If this sounds like your scene, visit the Howl at the Moon website.

Until next time, moon howlers.
