Take a trip to the Richmond Raceway Complex (600 Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va.) for the 20th annual Bizarre Bazaar.
This showcase of jewelry, gourmet food, designer clothes and more, returns during a time of great gift consternation. Stock up on gifts for Easter, Mother’s Day and graduation all in one place. You'll also find gear especially for spring, such as garden art and accessories, perennials, beach-themed art and outdoor furniture.
More than 250 different exhibitors will be on hand this year; items range in price from $5 to over $1,000.
“We go around to all the other gift shows across the country and recruit exhibitors" said Ellen Ward, media coordinator. “People that we think are different to keep the show fresh and exciting.”
Tickets are $7 for adults and $1.50 for children ages 2-12. You can also get a free coupon
for $0.50 off the price of general admission at the door.
Worth the Trip
The bazaar runs Friday, March 30 to Sunday, April 1. Hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday.
