Live in J.K. Rowling's Home

While many die-hard "Harry Potter" fans would settle for an autographed copy of author J.K. Rowling's fan-favorite series, those with $3.7 million to spare can score the ultimate "Harry Potter" memorabilia, Rowling's own house.

The British author, who is set to release her first book called "The Casual Vacancy" for the post-teen set next week, lived in this Edinburgh, Scotland home as she penned several volumes in the "Harry Potter" series, reports the Huffington Post.

Rowling's abode features an ivy-clad facade, a kitchen with wooden cabinetry and a black and white checkered tile backsplash, hardwood floors, all of which are set within a walled garden. The idyllic Victorian house comes with eight bedrooms though, unfortunately, no "Harry Potter" memorabilia. Not even a magical wand.
