The Hills Are Alive With A New Listing

Julie Andrews, everyone's favorite governess, just listed her Brentwood estate that she shared with her late husband director Blake Edwards for $2.649 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Edwards, who received an honorary Academy Award in 2004, passed away in 2010 at the age of 88.

The traditional home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is set in the heart of Brentwood, California. With an open family room and living room whose French doors lead to the picture perfect garden, Andrews' house is ideal for entertaining. What's more is that there's a formal dining room, which features a cathedral ceiling and glass walls, a pool and spa, and an artist's studio situated above the garage.

Andrews, who is best known for playing Maria in "The Sound of Music" and Mary Poppins in the eponymous film, bought the home with her late husband back in 1989 for $1.2 million.
