Robert Griffin III To Have Street Named After Him In Hometown

What does Robert Griffin III have in common with Ray Lewis, Martin Luther King, Jr., Jimi Hendrix, Bill Clinton, Bob Hope and Justin Bieber? No, this isn't some horrible joke. They actually all share one thing. At least they do now.

RGIII will join the aforementioned entertainers/athletes/civil rights activists by forever being commemorated on a street sign.

Griffin's hometown of Copperas Cove, Tx., will officially unveil "Robert Griffin III Boulevard" Friday afternoon (coincidentally, his street shares an intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, one of about 1,000 streets named as such throughout the United States, but I may be exaggerating).

Copperas Cove's favorite son -- no, not you, Vontez Duff -- will be on hand for the ceremony.
