Because everything he does is apparently newsworthy, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III and his fiancée, Rebecca Liddicoat, will be married this summer, according to RGIII's mother, Jackie.
Griffin is very much in the public eye, but does like to keep some things private, according to his mother. It's 2013. Nothing is private anymore. So my predecessor, Sarah Kogod, uncovered the couple's wedding registry. It looks as if they'll be married July 6.
Maybe I'll pick up a cake plate for the bride-to-be and her superstar groom.
