Alex Ovechkin is going to be honored in wax form at Madame Tussauds, and it looks like he might be having a little too much fun in his new position as a model.
Darren Rovell broke the news on Ovi's impending waxing, and Ovi spent Friday afternoon tweeting pics of himself goofing around with hair samples and fake teeth. We assume he's either modeling for his wax likeness, or planning some ill-advised cosmetic improvements.
Of course, all of his Friday tweets came with his signature "hahaha."
The museum added the news to their website on Friday afternoon.

The Washington Capitals superstar will one day undoubtedly walk the halls of the NHL Hall of Fame, but before that time, he will stand among the extraordinary and elite athletes who are forever immortalized in wax at Madame Tussauds Washington DC.
They haven't announced a release date yet, but in the meantime we can get by with the real Ovi.
