Keith Olbermann Challenges Dan Snyder to ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Those of you who are frequent users of social media have surely seen the #IceBucketChallenge phenomenon that has raised $5 million this week alone to combat ALS.

It seems that everybody and their mother has doused themselves in freezing-cold water, and it's been incredibly popular in the sports world, with local athletes like Alex Ovechkin and Bryce Harper both taking part.

Another local sports figure was recently challenged. And it is a fairly interesting one.

Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder has been dared by ESPN talking head Keith Olbermann to participate.

Olbermann has been one of Snyder's harshest critics, regularly allotting time on his program to chastise the Redskins organization for their polarizing name. (Evidence here, here and here.)

Admittedly, Olbermann can be a bit of a blowhard, but the proverbial gauntlet has been thrown down.

I doubt that Snyder will respond, but you never know, right?
