Planking, or The Lying Down Game as it’s sometimes (never) called, has been around for a while.
It took some time for our local athletes to pick up on the meme, but they caught up and then some.
John Wall has played along, as has Redskins draft pick Niles Paul and G-Wiz. But no one has gotten more into the fading craze than JaVale McGee.
JaVale is celebrating the lockout by bringing his planking game to a new level. In an apparent plank war with Gilbert Arenas, JaVale has spent the last few days tweeting pics of his planking attempts.
So, about that lockout....
