Alex Ovechkin Uses His Head, Smashes Glass With It

If I remember my 11th grade physics class -- and I think it's pretty obvious that I don't -- for every action, there is an equal or opposite reaction.

I have no idea what that means, but whatever it is, I don't think Alex Ovechkin is doing it right.

During Dynamo Moscow's 4-1 win over Atlant Moscow Region, Ovechkin went in for the hit on Alexei Mikhnov. Now, Mikhnov is listed at 6'5" and 218 pounds, while Ovechkin is 6'3" and around 230 pounds, so when two heavy dudes collide, one is apparently strong enough to smash a pane of plexiglass with his noggin.

For any of you fans out there who have ever characterized Ovechkin as hardheaded, consider yourselves validated.

(H/T to pretty much everybody).
