    March Madness is well underway and numerous tournament brackets have already been busted. Still, there are plenty of games remaining leading up to the national championship April 2.

    University of Virginia and University of Maryland, Baltimore County are the two local teams remaining after Virginia Tech lost to University of Alabama on Thursday, March 15. The Cavaliers and Retrievers are set to play Friday, March 16 about 9:20 p.m. EST.

    Nonetheless, there are several bars and restaurants throughout the D.C. area offering food and drink specials during the NCAA Tournament. Here are some places where you can watch.

    Rebellion DC

    Rebellion DC opens its doors at 11:30 a.m. for viewers who want to catch some of the early afternoon games. Drafts are $5 until happy hour begins, and there are several food specials to choose from. From 3:30 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, the bar serves $3 domestic cans, $5 house wines and $5 well cocktails. House wine, well drinks and draft beers are all $5 on Sundays staring at 10 p.m.

    Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill

    Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill has emerged as one of the go-to spots for Virginia basketball fans. The bar is open 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday for the early games and has an extensive beer and wine menu with happy hour deals.

    Buffalo Billiards

    Buffalo Billiards will be offering buckets with 16 ounce cans of Bud Light or Coors Light for $22 and $6 Captain Morgan throughout the tournament.

    Across the Pond Restaurant & Pub

    Across the Pond Restaurant & Pub has multiple specials only available during tournament games. On Thursdays, Friday and Sundays when games are on, the restaurant is offering $5 appetizers, $5 Carlsberg and $4 ATP Pilsner. Modello & Jamo shot combinations will be available for $9, and PBR & Jamo shot combos will be served for $10. On Fridays from 4 until 8 p.m., the restaurant will offer $6 Guinness and $1 Oysters.

    Nellie’s Sports Bar

    Nellie’s opened Thursday and Friday for the early matchups and is offering $4 Miller Lite bottles during each contest.

    Stoney’s DC

    Stoney’s is offering $4 drafts, $12 Bud Light pitchers, $15 Shocktop pitchers, $5 Fireball shots and $20 pitchers of Devil’s Backbone Lager. The restaurant will also serve $5 grilled cheese and $7 super grilled cheese.

    Penn Social

    Penn Social has several specials available during tournament games, including $4 Miller Lites, $4 Blue Moons and $5 Devils Backbone Brewing Company selections.

    Penn Commons

    Penn Commons will have basketball on each of its 12 TVs throughout the tournament. Happy hour begins at 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday. The bar has 40 beers on tap that will be served for $5 during happy hour. If you wear team attire for a Big 10, ACC or A10 game, you’ll receive happy hour prices regardless of the time of day.

    Lou’s City Bar

    Lou’s City Bar has 23 TVs and buy-one-get-one-free drink specials from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant also has 10 lunch specials for $10 or less.

    Millie’s Spring Valley

    Millie’s is offering $5 Cisco drafts and food specials throughout the tournament. The restaurant will also be giving away prizes as the tournament progresses.

    Union Pub

    On tournament game days, Union Pub is offering $15 Bud and Bud Light buckets, $14 Bud Light pitchers, $5 rail drinks and $5 Goose Island IPA Drafts.
