A power outage on the National Mall is affecting traffic lights in the area of Lincoln Memorial.
A faulty underground cable caused the outage around 4:20 a.m. Monday, a PEPCO spokesman said.
Power has been restored to part of the area. There's no word on when power will be fully restored.
