Dulles Greenway Toll Hike Delayed

NBCWashington.com

Commuters who use the Dulles Greenway will be spared a rate increase for at least another month.

The road's owner petitioned for a toll hike to take effect Feb. 15, but Delegate David Ramadan of Loudoun County sought a delay that was granted Wednesday by the State Corporation Commission, meaning drivers won’t have to pay more for at least 30 days.

The hike would increase the toll for a one-way trip from $4.90 to $5.10.
