"Sex and the City" fans can hardly wait for the movie sequel, and to celebrate its highly-anticipated release, Georgetown restaurants, boutiques and spas are teaming up to offer a week of discounts that could be tough for a shopaholic to resist, especially if you like to shop and eat.

It’s being called Style in the City Week. From May 23 to May 30, style mavens will be able to hit Georgetown for shopping bonanzas, champagne spa treatments, drinks and meals at some of the city’s hottest restaurants. Restaurants like Mie N Yu and Tony & Joe's will be whipping up yummy meals and serving up $5 cosmos to wash them down -- but easy does it!

Also, restaurants will serve brunch specials on both Sundays.

Throughout the week, luxurious spas, including Hela and Four Seasons, will offer Bring-A-Girlfriend discounts on beauty services, complete with bubbly. Shops like Urban Chic, Diesel and Sassanova will give out VIP gift bags filled with fashionable goodies, including movie tickets to AMC Georgetown, with every $150 purchase.

During Style in the City week, moviegoers who see "Sex 2" at AMC Lowes Georgetown 14 will get a few extra perks when they show their ticket stubs at participating merchants. Give a little, get a lot.
