Amazon.com Offers Video Game Downloads

Amazon.com launched a new game downloads store as part of its website.

The mega on-line retailer calls the move its first step into the downloadable games space, according to their website.

Over 600 games are available for download (to any PC) all priced at either from $6.99 to $9.99. One cool feature is that every game is available for a free 30-minute trial.

To promote the launch Amazon is offering three games -- “Jewel Quest 2,” “The Scruffs” and “Build A Lot” -- as free full downloads for a limited time.
