Have you ever wondered how a condo auction was run or what kind of a deal you could get if you attended one?
Last Sunday, about 150 people showed up at the Rockville Hilton to try and score a brand new condo at a big discount.
The Ashmore in Germantown was auctioning off a decent portion of their remaining inventory well below their original list prices that ranged from $322,000 to $385,000.
