Vapiano, the Euro lovers' answer to fast, casual dining with a twist, is conducting a soft opening starting today, reports Penn Quarter Living, via Kyle and Cheryl.
The restaurant's fourth locale, at 623-625 H Street N.W., is scheduled to host a VIP party February 24 and start serving lunch and dinner the next day, according to DC This Week.
But for those who want to sample the goods minus the high-fallutin' crowd, tonight is the night to stop by and try their fire-roasted pizzas, pasta and salad stations, not to mention the chain's homemade desserts.
So get out your "chip card" and head on over to Chinatown.
