Popular Clarendon Restaurants to be Demolished

advertisement

Two popular dining spots in Clarendon will face the similar fate as Dr. Dremos: be demolished for new development, according to DC Metrocentric.

The Rhodeside Grill and Il Radicchio in Arlington’s Courthouse Neighborhood, will be torn down to make room for the expansion of The National Science Teachers Association (NSTA)headquarters.

The development of their new 6-story headquarters, adjacent to their current building, has already received County Board approval. The project does have ground level retail space so perhaps the restaurants might be able to reoccupy the new space.
