Penn Quarter will have another wine-to-go option with the opening of Zola Wine and Kitchen at 9th and E Streets NW.
Although there is no signage on the exterior of the building, there is a sign in a window announcing today's opening from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The new store will be a great quick wine stop for those who both live and work in Penn Quarter.
