The soda-maker said back in March it would give a free bottle of pop to everyone in America if the album "Chinese Democracy" dropped in 2008. The album goes on sale Sunday, and Dr Pepper is making good on the promise.
The album has been in the works since 1994. To get the free soda, here's the deal: go on to the Dr Pepper site on Sunday and get a coupon for a free 20-ounce soda. What if you aren't thirsty for a Dr Pepper on Sunday? No problem. Though you can get the coupon only on Sunday, the coupon is good until February 28th.
