California Tortilla is holding its annual Pop Tart Day today. And, as far as we can tell, those Pop Tarts have absolutely nothing to do with burritos, nachos, or anything else the quirky chain usually dishes up. The Arlington location reports a big crowd today, and the breakfast pastries (or not-so-breakfast pastries, since the chain doesn't open up 'til 11 a.m.) are going quick!
