Get thee to the Bark Bar, stat!
If there's anything the D.C. area loves more than cupcakeries, it may be dog happy hours.
After all, yuppies will do ANYthing for yet another way to bring their fake furry children along with them during their everyday lives. (Yeah, we are so on board for this.) Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 3 Bar & Grill (2950 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington), dogs and their humans can attend the Bark Bar outside on the patio.
Hosted by Fetch! Pet Care, a local dog-walking service, the Bark Bar will dish up specially made dog treats to your drooling companions. The two-legged sort can enjoy drink specials -- past offerings have included $3 drafts and select half-price wines.
Drink specials will run from 5-8 p.m. Just remember your, um, doggie bag. Yeah. That's a polite way of putting it.
