Nothing says good morning like a Bloody Mary and little bit of sunshine.

Robert Wiedmaier's Brabo (1600 King St., Alexandria) has opened a 28-seat cobblestone patio complete with an bigger and better brunch menu. The courtyard of the Lorien Hotel is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. At brunch, get artsy at the build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar. For just $10 a drink, you can add to Brabo's stock of Goose, Kettle and Belvedere Special withcreative touches including roasted garlic, sundried tomatoes and asparagus garnishes. OK, so garlic isn't ideal for a date, but this sounds like the perfect spot for brunching with the girls.
