Does this count as a business lunch?

Sick of staring at the peeling fibers on the dingy drop-ceiling at your workplace gym? Get out of the batcave already -- and get your workout for free! And we don't mean free as in running in 95 percent humidity on a Code Orange day downtown. No one wants to see your sweat flying on K Street.

Lucy Activewear stores offer free classes every Friday at six locations throughout the area. Whether you sneak away for a slightly longer lunch break or slip in after work, get out of your routine and get the chance to score freebies like extra class passes or even tuition at a dance studio.

Here's the lineup for Friday, Aug. 7:

-- Pentagon Row (1101 S. Joyce St., Arlington): A yoga instructor and personal trainer from Pure Prana Yoga Studio will help you unwind after the workday. 6 p.m.

-- Union Station (50 Massachusetts Ave. N.E.): An instructor from World Gym of Laurel will teaching a two-hour fitness session mixing Tae Bo, kickboxing, core and glutes work, and even some self-defense. 5-7 p.m.

-- Bethesda Row (7122 Bethesda Lane, Bethesda): A certified personal trainer from Anytime Fitness in Kensington will discuss the importance of posture, stretching and healthy eating. Learn about 40 foods that could lead to longevity. 4-8 p.m.

-- Tyson's Corner (8081L Tyson's Corner Center, McLean, Va.): Two teachers from Personal Pilates and Yoga will offer pilates and yoga demos, free consultations and discount coupons to their studio. 1-5 p.m.

-- Fairfax Corner (11899 Grand Commons Ave., Fairfax, Va.): A pilates instructor from Studio Be will teach a 30-minute mat class, offer flexibility tests and give away passes to her studio. 1-3 p.m. Then an instructor from Lifetime will teach a zumba dance class and hand out discounts and free trial memberships to the gym. 3-5 p.m.

-- Congressional Plaza (1613 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Md.): A teacher from Berrend Dance Centre will conduct two cardio dance classes. Get to class on time and receive a pass for a free hip-hop dance class or 10 percent off full enrollment. Stay after for the chance to win one fall tuition for an adult and one fall tuition for a child. 10:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-1: 30 p.m.
