Why wait for food trucks to easily and conveniently come to you, when instead you can haul yourself all the way out to RFK Stadium?

Starting over: Trucko de Mayo will herd together 40+ food trucks, plus live music, games, beer and more excitement in the stadium's Lot 3. The event is set for Saturday, May 5 (surprised?), running 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
Admission is free, and free parking is available in lots 4 and 5.
Participating trucks include Carnivore BBQ, the Big Cheese, Pleasant Pops and Hula Girl Truck. Popped! Republic, the new popcorn truck (yes, really) will make its debut at the fest.
The D.C. Rollergirls -- who usually compete at the nearby D.C. Armory -- seem to be encouraging rumors that they'll be rolling into Trucko de Mayo, too. Roller derby and food trucks? So much hipness, we can't even. Just make sure you ride your fixie there.
