Friday night, Rep. Steny Hoyer was on the floor, and it wasn’t to place a vote on a bill.  It was to join in on the Electric Slide.

The Electric Slide is the go-to dance move at wedding receptions, parties and, apparently, fish fries.

Hoyer was among the hundreds who attended Majority Whip Jim Clyburn’s World Famous Fish Fry in Columbia, S.C. The free annual event is held every year in a municipal parking garage.
