Christmas Movie Festival Means Snoopy, Beer

Are you one of those folks lamenting that Christmas seemed much more fun when you were a kid? Here's a way you can revive those happy memories... with beer.

The Arlington Cinema & Drafthouse (2903 Columbia Pike, Arlington) is holding a Christmas Movie Festival this Sunday Dec. 12, when you can catch some of your fave holiday specials, plus a few that have come out since you've hit the legal drinking age.

Tickets are $8, and you only pay once whether stay all day or leave and return later. And of course, you can watch the big screen while being served wings, beer and other goodies -- almost beats Mom's Christmas cookies, huh?

Here's the complete schedule:

Noon: How The Grinch Stole Christmas
12:30 p.m.: A Charlie Brown Christmas
1 p.m.: Elf
2:30 p.m.: How The Grinch Stole Christmas
3 p.m.: A Christmas Story
4:30 p.m.: A Charlie Brown Christmas
5:15 p.m.: Fred Claus
7:20 p.m.: National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
