It's not officially summer, but these high temps and long days have us thinking otherwise. And while public pools do help us stay cool, sometimes we're longing for a bit more... pampering.
Enter Tone, Taste and Tan: a day-long escape on the rooftop at The Liaison Capitol Hill, an Affinia Hotel. For $50, you'll get an hour-long Vinyasa yoga class, breakfast for two at Art and Soul, and all-day use of the hotel's outdoor rooftop pool and bar.
Yoga begins promptly at 7:30 a.m., and participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. The class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels, so don't be intimidated if you haven't gotten your yoga on in a while.
Next, replenish by enjoying breakfast inspired by celebrity chef Art Smith at Art and Soul. It will be served from 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. And finally, relax by the rooftop pool, which is open from 10 a.m.- 11p.m.
Tone, Taste and Tan will run every Saturday and Sunday until September 2nd.
