We locals LOVE our Peruvian chicken, even if some of us don’t know that’s what it’s called. And lots of folks love El Pollo Rico. Simply put, it’s rotisserie chicken with a well-seasoned twist. This joint is so good that even Anthony Bourdain of No Reservations fame checked it out when he did his show in Washington last year. Wash that platter down with some Inca Cola or Chicha Morada (purple corn cider), and end your meal with homemade flan or rum cake. Tasty!
