The Crisp & Juicy story began in 1989 when an entrepreneurial couple decided to bring the delicious Latin American taste of their Peruvian chicken to the Washington, D.C., metro area. Crisp & Juicy is known for the unique flavor that comes from its special herb marinade. Sides like fried yucca and plantain, rice and beans, and coleslaw round out one of the best dinner deals around. People have been known to drive out of D.C. and into the ‘burbs of Virginia and Maryland just to get their Crisp & Juicy fix.
