enviroCAB Sets a Green Example in Arlington

enviroCAB is estimated to produce 60% less emissions than standard cabs now operating in Arlington

enviroCAB, a new cab company, popped up in Arlington last year, the first new taxi company to the county in nearly 25 years. What makes them unique is their entire fleet is hybrid cabs.
With most cabs often carrying just one passenger, think of how much gas one of those Crown Vics would use. Now think how much gas a smaller hybrid would use carrying that same passenger. Much less.
According to Greater Greater Washington, the company is doing very well and the drivers are saving a lot of money on gas.
