Joel, John to Play First Concert at Baseball Stadium

Elton John and Bill Joel will bring their "Face-to-Face" concert to the Nationals' stadium this summer.

It's official: Billy Joel and Elton John will headline a dual concert at Nationals Park July 11.

A huge stage near center field will hold both bands at the same time.

Word leaked last week that the piano men were headed to Nats Park, but the official date wasn't released until Monday morning.

The concert will be the first ever at Nationals Park, which officials hope to utilize more when the Nationals aren't on the field.

Joel and John will also play at Wrigley Field on July 21 and at Citizens Bank Park in Philly on July 30 as part of their "Face 2 Face" tour.
