    Mark your calendar now for the 16th Annual NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo!  It’s a Washington tradition and a great way to kick off the New Year.

Over 200 businesses and organizations will be serving up activities and exhibits for everyone young, old, and in-between.  Plus there will be lots of free giveaways, health tests and screenings, special guests, cooking demos, chances to win great prizes, exercise classes and more.

Last year more than 85,000 people came to this two-day party.  Don’t miss out this year!  Check back here often for updates, info and details as the NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo team is putting it all together

The children were more excited about the event than I. My daughter had actually heard about the expo at school through her tennis trainer. Thanks

But I wish I could have taken the yoga class with the ladies at Shakti. I have taken yoga for years around the city, and I must say, Faith Hunter is the BEST I have seen! Where has this girl been? It is so worth paying for childcare to take a class with Faith. Thanks NBC!

Not only did I enjoy walking around with my children and enjoying the numerous activities, but I wish I could have taken yoga class with the ladies of Shakti. I've taken yoga for years in the city. I must say, Faith Hunter is the BEST I have seen!! I plan to visit the studio in the next few weeks. Paying for childcare is worth taking a class with Faith.
