You can help someone stay warm this winter with your donation of a gently worn coat.
Coats can be dropped off at participating Bergmann’s Cleaners and Burke & Herbert Bank locations and at Georgetown University Hospital or call 703-247-7600 for a pickup.
The Magnet Nurses of Georgetown University Hospital will collect coats Dec. 12-20 at
3800 Reservoir Road, NW Main Building-First Floor, Washington, DC
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Coats may be dropped off at
25 participating Burke & Herbert Bank branches
from Nov. 30-Dec. 17.
NBC4 will be holding a coat-a-thon from 9 a.m. to noon on Dec. 9 at the Burke & Herbert Bank located at 3020 Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington, Va.
Please stop by, say hello to meteorologist Veronica Johnson and donate a coat for someone in need this winter.
All donated coats will be cleaned free of charge by Bergmann’s Cleaners and distributed by the
Salvation Army
at the beginning of January.
