Join Storm Team 4 and News4's Northern Virginia Bureau at the Celebrate Fairfax! Festival, North Virginia’s largest community-wide celebration, June 7 through 9.
The three-day event will be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, in Fairfax. It features more than 130 performances on eight different stages, with special shows by the 2013 Summerland Tour, including Everclear, Live, the B52s and the Spin Doctors.
All shows are free with general admission to the festival.
Along with the music, people of all ages can come out and enjoy a variety of exhibits, food, crafts and activities, Including carnival rides and a petting zoo. Visitors are encouraged to register for several different competitions, such as the Fairfax County Karaoke Championship, Emerging Artists Program and Beautiful Photo Contest.
Each day concludes with a fireworks display.
Plus, you can meet the Storm Team4 meteorologists at our booth, and see our new Storm Team 4x4, a mobile weathercasting center that allows Storm Team4 to broadcast from the heart of a storm. Also, you can meet News4 Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey and Northern Virginia reporter David Culver at the event.
General admission at the festival is $12 for adults, $5 for children and $10 for seniors and active military. Tickets for one day admission plus unlimited rides are available online.

Celebrate Fairfax! is held at the Fairfax County Government Center located at 12000 Government Center Parkway. Free shuttle bus service will operate from nearby remote parking facilities - Fair Lakes Circle and Fair Oaks Mall - to the front door of the festival.
