Grilled Jerk Beef Sandwiches

Prep Time: 20 minutes + marinating
Grill Time: 18-22 minutes
Amount: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 (1 ½ pound) Stockman & Dakota™ Flank Steak
¾ cup Culinary Circle™ Jamaican-Style Jerk Marinade & Cooking Sauce
1 Culinary Circle™ Rustic Italian Boule Artisan Bread, sliced into 12 slices
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- olive oil cooking spray

Directions:

Place steak and marinade in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal.  Toss to coat.  Refrigerate and marinade several hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium heat.  Place steak on grill; grill, turning once, 16-21 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium). 

Remove from grill and allow steak to rest 5-10 minutes.  Thinly slice steak against the grain at a 45°angle.

Spread mustard on 4 slices bread.  Top with steak, cheese, spinach, tomatoes and remaining bread.  Spray bread with olive oil cooking spray.

Place sandwiches back on grill; grill 1 minute per side or until golden brown, pressing sandwich together as it grills.
