Baked Pork with Mustard Sauce

    Ingredients:
    1 lb. pork loin
    Dijon mustard
    garlic powder
    dill
    salt
    Directions:
    Take 1 lb of lean pork loin and rub 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard on both sides of the pork loin.
    Season with garlic powder, dill and a touch of salt.
    Bake in oven at 350 for 12 minutes on each side.
    Yummy Salad
    Make salad dressing fresh each night. It only takes 3min.!
    In a LARGE bowl (you will add your salad directly into this mix,) add 1 TBSP olive oil, 2 TBSP high quality balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp. Mustard and 1 tsp low fat mayo. Add sea salt and basil to taste. Mix with fork until creamy.
