Police: Man Arrested After Taping Pictures of Naked Women to Front Door

Suspect previously accused of threats to Democrats

A Virginia man is in jail on an obscenity charge after allegedly taping pictures of naked women to his front door.

Police described 68-year-old James Frost as unsuspecting yet potentially dangerous.

"He looks so innocent," said Natatia Bledsoe of Fredericksburg police.

Frost lives in a third-floor apartment, neighbors said. The pictures he taped to his sliding door don’t begin to describe his bizarre behavior, they said.

Bill Coleman, who lives in the same apartment complex with his wife, told News4 that in the three weeks Frost has lived there, he would also make inappropriate and threatening comments to women in the building.

When Coleman looked into Frost's past, he found a disturbing history.

In 2008, police arrested Frost in Montgomery County, Md., accusing him of threatening to kill Democratic politicians, including Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley.

Frost is being held at the Rappahanock Regional Jail. Police said he has refused to talk with them.
