ESPN and Yahoo Sports reported tight end Fred Davis and offensive tackle Trent Williams tested positive for recreational drug use right after the lockout ended.
Davis tells News 4 that he was aware of the positive test, but hasn’t heard anything else about possible punishment.
Williams says he hasn’t heard anything about the report.
According to a Yahoo Sports, 11 players tested positive.
The report also says some players are upset with NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith because he assured them there would be some sort of grace period for drug testing after the lockout.
