Redskins' Robert Griffin III Speaks on Unity, Leadership

Robert Griffin III says there were "a few'' Washington Redskins players who were the focus of DeSean Jackson's unity speech last week.

"Who those guys are, we don't really care," added Griffin.

Jackson stood up in front of the team before the bye week and urged the team to unite behind Griffin.

Griffin talked about the speech on Wednesday, saying, "I don't know everything, that's for dang sure, but I do know a little thing about changing the culture, and it takes everybody from the top down.''

Several players said there wouldn't be any discussion about a perceived lack of leadership on the team if they could win some games.

The Redskins are 3-6 and host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
