"It's Just Sickening"

Call it a cry for help.
For those of you who watched the Nationals find another way to lose Friday night against the Houston Astros, we're sorry. Waterboarding must feel like a tickle compared to that.
For those lucky enough not to have witnessed the debacle that was the Nats' 6-5 loss, we're not even going to bother with a recap. Instead, just enjoy this quote from relief pitcher Joe Beimel, who appears willing to say anything just to get traded off this sinking ship:
“It’s at the point where it’s just embarrassing for us,” Beimel said. “I think everyone in the clubhouse should be embarrassed about the way we play and just the way we lose games.
“We find a way all the time. It’s just sickening.”
Thanks Joe for saying what all of us have been thinking for quite some time.
