Washington Redskins linebacker London Fletcher tweeted “Aloha!” Monday morning after learning he’s Pro Bowl-bound after all.
Fletcher will replace Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, who injured his knee in the final game of the regular season. It will be Fletcher’s third-straight Pro Bowl appearance.
The 36-year-old Fletcher, who completed his 14th season, led the NFL this season with a career-high 166 tackles.
Fletcher is about to become a free agent, but he and the team have said they’d like negotiate a new deal.
The Pro Bowl -- scheduled for 7 p.m. Jan. 29 in Honolulu -- will be broadcast on NBC.
