Football fans have a chance to get free tickets to see the Washington Redskins joint practice session with the Houston Texans, the team announced Wednesday.
Visit the Washington Redskins website to enter the lottery by July 20 at noon for a chance to see the inter-conference camp session between D.C.'s home team and the Houston Texans, who will be featured in this summer’s edition of the HBO Series “Hard Knocks.”
An automated, random lottery system will select and notify the winning contestants within 48 hours of the deadline with a link to their ticket.
Each randomly selected winner will also receive four complimentary tickets guaranteeing access to the Secours Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond, Virginia, August 8 at 10:35 a.m.
High demand for this joint practice session prompted using the lottery system, which the NFL has deemed the most fair way to distribute complimentary tickets.
A number of open practice sessions exist between July 30 and August 16 that do not require tickets. You can find the schedule online, but practice dates and times are subject to change and could be canceled without notice, especially in the event of inclement weather.
